Herculeshof 9c Maastricht
Ground floor living in a nice location in Daalhof, on the west side of Maastricht. To provide shelter for the large population increase in Maastricht, the city grew significantly. This also happened at the Herculeshof, where a large apartment building with shops was built. In the meantime, more than 50 years have passed, and it is still a beloved place to live. Thanks to the lift, you don't have to walk stairs and to do shopping you just walk to the ground floor. There you'll find a supermarket, bakery Paulissen, several shops and catering establishments.
On the first floor of the apartment building, you will find this well-maintained apartment with two (previously three) bedrooms. This makes the apartment suitable for dual-income households, a family, and for people whose children are now living on their own. From the living room, there is access to a sunny, almost 9 meter wide balcony.
In the shopping center you will find the ideal combination of well-known retail chains and local entrepreneurs. Well-known names are Lidl, Kruidvat, Wibra, Vegro and there are regionally known entrepreneurs such as Wevers and Paulissen. There is a good bus connection with the city center, the hospital and the train station. At the edge of the neighborhood is a beautiful walking area and in the neighborhood there are facilities such as primary education, a community center, sports hall and a children's farm. In short: Daalhof is the perfect neighborhood for young and old!
Classification:
Apartment building:
On the ground floor is the spacious, beautiful entrance of the apartment building. Here you see the mailboxes, the video intercom, the staircase and the elevator. Climbing stairs is not necessary, because you can go (also with shopping) by elevator to the first living floor. With the apartment comes a handy private storage, located in the lower level.
Apartment:
Through the gallery you walk to the front door of this spacious and well-organized apartment. The hallway, like the rest of the apartment, is well finished. There is laminate flooring on the floor and the walls are painted in a light color.
On the light and sunny southwest side is the living room, which can be entirely furnished as a sitting room. There is enough space for a large sofa, your favorite armchair and the rest of your furniture. Very nice is the direct access to the balcony.
In the semi-open dining kitchen there is enough space for a dining table. Furthermore, you see a light wall unit with a wooden-looking countertop and there is enough storage space. The gas cooktop, range hood, and dishwasher are built-in, and other appliances can be stored in the storage area, along with the washing machine and dryer.
In the right part of the apartment there are two bedrooms, a walk-in closet, the bathroom and a separate toilet room. At the balcony side is the master bedroom, which can be split into two (bed)rooms upon request. The second bedroom, also suitable as an office, is located at the gallery side. Furthermore, there is a walk-in closet with a U-shaped layout, making it unnecessary to place a wardrobe in the bedrooms.
From the hallway there is also access to the bathroom and a separate toilet room. The bathroom, finished in light colors, is equipped with a spacious shower and a washbasin unit. This style can also be seen in the toilet room, with a niche and a mirror above the built-in tank of the wall-mounted closet.
Balcony:
The almost 9 meter wide balcony on the southwest is a lovely place to sit outside. You look out over the Herculeshof, with the friendliness of the shops and bus stop at your feet. The balcony has a nice finish with a wooden floor, sun blinds and roller shutters.

Sindsdien is Schneiders Makelaardij volledig zelfstandig actief.
